This is effectively a compat package to limit the fallout from
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/libxcrypt/pull-request/16 on ELN (and likely
EPEL 10 down the road). Diff looks sane and I don't see any installation
conflicts, so it's APPROVED.
