Package Review
==============

Legend:
[x] = Pass, [!] = Fail, [-] = Not applicable, [?] = Not evaluated

Issues:
=======
- If (and only if) the source package includes the text of the license(s)
  in its own file, then that file, containing the text of the license(s)
  for the package is included in %license.
  Note: License file COPYING is not marked as %license
  See: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-
  guidelines/LicensingGuidelines/#_license_text

  The issue is that COPYING is in %doc instead of %license.

- Package does not use a name that already exists.
  Note: A package with this name already exists. Please check
  https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/html-xml-utils
  See: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-
  guidelines/Naming/#_conflicting_package_names

  This just means you have to follow the unretirement process instead of the
  new package process.

- The header of openurl.c indicates that 2 functions carry the BSD-3-Clause
  license. That should probably be added to License.

- Totally up to you, but additional functionality is available if libcurl-devel
  is included in BuildRequires.

- Also up to you: consider using an https URL instead of http.
