There was a new release, v0.2.1, yesterday that has a fix for the tests. It
requires a bump to uhttpmock, which I submitted here:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/uhttpmock/pull-request/2. 

fedora-review is crashing locally for me so I'm going to need to investigate
that, but now that uhttpmock-0.9.0 is in rawhide, perhaps
fedora-review-service-build will work.
