This indeed can't currently be installed, please take care of either updating
or packaging the missing dependencies or disabling them as Fabio noted

Also since this package was retired, once you get this working and approved,
follow this process to get it unblocked

(I think people normally ignore announcing to devel, and in any case both Fabio
and I already know you're packaging this)
