Happy to upload logs, but I wasn't able to see anything obvious for why the builder state would be marked as failed (https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/g/fedora-review/fedora-review-2249410-rocsolver/build/6627137/) for rawhide, and the build time reported by fedora review (5 hours) seems somewhat reasonable as it took me almost two hours to build using fedpkg on my machine.
