Yes, we have the statement at

I read that proprietary and not-allowed licenses cannot be included in SourceX,
but if there is some other code/content with an allowed license and it will not
go to the binary package it should not be listed in the License field.

You are correct that t/data/Times-Roman-snippet.afm should be removed. The test
suite is broken, so I may remove the whole t/* That will solve the Omega
license too.
