This package is part of the attempt to strip any pre-build wasm blobs from
nodejs and replace them with ones we built ourselves. This package is expected
to become a new build- and runtime dependency of nodejs itself.

Why separate RPM?
There is currently no support for linking WASM on s390x architecture ("No
binary named wasm-ld."). I've heard that work is ongoing on that front;
nevertheless, for the time being, we need to build any WASM as a "noarch"
package – that way, even the s390x nodejs can depend on it.
