I've done an initial review and the only real issue is with the licensing. 
There are two issues, one of which is in the spec file and the other upstream.

Firstly, reading the copyrights,the license should be "GPL-3.0-or-later".

However, second, the bigger issue is that the COPYING file is just the header
info, not the correct file from upstream.  We need to raise this upstream, but
do you want to raise it, or do you want me to do it?
