It's currently pending OSI approval and SPDX identifier assignment. However the license text in `LICENSE-alltext` (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jtauber/pyuca/v1.2/LICENSE-allkeys) does not match the license text submitted by Miroslav (https://github.com/spdx/license-list-XML/issues/2105#issuecomment-1701165975). It's missing the first and the fourth paragraph. So, if Unicode License v3 makes it into SPDX, what needs to be done about `LICENSE-alltext`?
