I do not find the naming dilemma to be an issue.

Given the google juice the phrase documentation devel already has and the
specialized nature of the package, any name will work.

This is a tool Intended for technical documentation developers (not first time
FOSS users) so we really have no blocking need to specify a brandable project name.

That said, I would have supported renaming had it been a trivial move, but I see
it will not cause great enough a confusion to warrant its non-inclusion from F9
on this grounds.

What would greatly disappoint, is not getting this package into Fedora 9. 

documentation-devel could greatly serve the content community by bringing a
quality publishing tool to books for many free software projects.

I know both inkscape and gimp documentation certainly need the improvements this
package can offer. 

The name space is free, the tool is useful lets get this innovation to the
fedora community ASAP.
