Based on the comments in
https://gitlab.com/fedora/legal/fedora-license-data/-/issues/350 (and
https://gitlab.com/fedora/legal/fedora-license-data/-/issues/351) I'm going to
set the package APPROVED as is.
Please keep an eye on the Fedora Legal issues for possible follow ups and
corrections on how to deal with the LicenseRef-KDE* stuff for this and possible
future packages.
