I just found out, plumbing on another package, that uses the 'v' prefix for the tags, that %forgemeta is smart enough to determine the prefix all by itself for composing the source url. So, in fact, you can omit the `%global tag` completely. I assume, haven't verified, this works as long as upstream releases on GitHub.
