But in this case `%sover == %version` so it will always be changed when a
non-minor version is changed. This should be an issue upstream in that the
SOVERSION is changing too much. It should adopt symver and only take the major
to be soversion.

I am not sure just avoiding the glob is sufficient. I would say using the
`rpminspect` and in this case `rpmdeplint` [1] like it is done in `bohdi` catch
these errors much better. If they could be implemented as default in zuul [2],
that would be ideal.
