Looks like this is an unpublished fork of the old yaml-rust crate, which is not
published on crates.io, so you can't package this as a separate library under
the "rust-*" namespace:
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/Rust/#_package_sources

If something depends on this fork (likely via cargo's support for git
references?), then you need to bundle it there.
