This trivial package enables more tests in python-opentelemetry-contrib
beginning with 1.19.0/0.40~b0. CC’ing co-maintainers in the hope that one of
you wants to review this. ;-)

Since dnf5 is still breaking fedora-review with Rawhide chroots, consider:
fedora-review -b 2222834 -m fedora-38-x86_64
