I have added a man page (conveniently available by invoking "unftrip
--help=groff").  The Unicode Consortium file used for testing does not affect
the contents of any binary RPM, so according to
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/LicensingGuidelines/#_license_field,
its license does not need to appear in the License tag: "The License: field
refers to the licenses of the contents of the binary rpm."

Thanks to %autorelease/%autochangelog, I can't bump the release number, so the
URLs are the same as before.
