This crate is quite old (almost three years since the last release), and it
also has quite outdated dependencies ...
The "users" crate is now at version 0.11, and even v0.11 is so old that it has
been marked as officially unmaintained:

Is there anything we can do to make packaging this feel less like archaeology?
