I don't like the way that python-awscrt bundles all of the component c
libraries as it does not cover all potential cases for use I would like them to
cover. That said, there are no other applications dependent on the crt
libraries besides the awscli2 in the fedora packages. I would argue that it is
bundled in python-awscrt and that is the practical way to handle it for
awscli2, but I would rather maintain it speparately.
