No. The unrar license is itself not-permissable for Fedora, and we cannot even
ship the source code, due to clause 6 of the unrar license:

"If you don't agree with terms of the license you must remove UnRAR files from
your storage devices and cease to use the utility."

I would really prefer that upstream clamav pull out libclamunrar*, as there is
no possible universe in which it can be enabled and legally redistributed,
however, in the interim, we need to remove it ourselves. Enrico, can you do
this, or would you like me to handle it?
