The files behind the original URLs are updated now.
I've added a few more comments, and excluded the "tests" directory.

Yes, this is intended ... the way some Sequoia crates work is a bit annoying
for packaging. You need to explicitly choose a crypto backend for "cargo
build", but you can only enable *exactly one*.
