I revised the COPR repo to hold several packages:

    https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/jlayton/rpctls/

I intend to keep this sporadically updated for testing purposes. The current
ktls package (0.7.1) is a snapshot of Chuck's tree from yesterday. I versioned
it that way to ensure that 0.8 will supersede it. I didn't see any point in
packaging 0.7 since it used the old upcall method.

I'm also working on a kernel with the requisite patches, but that's not ready
yet.
