You indicated that you'd still like to get it in, which seems excellent, and it looks like the project has continued on in the intervening years. It looks like a number of questions have been raised which still need to be addressed before proceeding, mostly around naming. Though it looks like libEqualizer might be the front-runner. Perhaps posting a question on the devel list could get some resolution? I think the main critical thing for the review request at the moment is an updated spec file and source rpm. The most recent posting looks like it is for version 1.1.4, but upstream is at 2.1.0 now. Also, the srpm is from Fedora 17 era, and I'm sure there have been a good number of changes since then ;). Until there is an updated spec/srpm with a more recent Fedora and the name issue is settled, I think we need to keep a needsinfo for you to respond to which will correctly communicate the current state of things to potential reviewers, as there is nothing for them to do until those items are resolved.
