It returns a 302 Found, so perhaps that's why fedora-review cannot download the
source, while browsers can.
Since a 302 is (should be) a temporary redirect
(https://naciscdn.org/naturalearth/10m/cultural/ne_10m_admin_0_countries_lakes.zip)
I'll let you the choice, both are fine from my POV.
