* libvsg.so / libvsg.so.* is correctly split now, I think
* License breakdown provided in spec file and the License: flag was updated (
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/legal/license-field/ )
  Note that rpmlint seems to choke on that.
* I've chosen to separate -libs from the main package, as upstream might want
to include tools in the project later and I'd rather deal with what happens at
upgrade time now rather than after the fact. The result is
"VulkanSceneGraph.x86_64: E: no-binary" which is expected. Please let me know
what you think.

Re debuginfo, there is one?
