Thank you Fabio for the hint. When I tried to run dos2unix against unpacked
SRPM, I found multiple files with wrong line endings.

But I wasn't successful when I tried to do it against upstream -
https://github.com/sgodwincs/uriparse-rs. But it doesn't seem they fixed the
issue either. I think that it might be caused by how they release crates to
cargo.io. Is it possible?
