Concerning your advice, I've fixed the typo, removed the commented section and
added comment to explain why we use DESTDIR=%{buildroot} during build (and
test) step

No idea about the aarch64 tests failures. they do pass in main branch upstream
according to upstream buildbolt (see
https://lab.llvm.org/buildbot/#/builders/221) I haven't tried to reproduce that
in main branch (reproducing there requires more setup than I am willing to do
:-/)
