/usr/lib(64)  is usually for libraries that will be link to applications
designed to run on the host OS. Since these libs are intended to instead run in
the enclave, I think we can rule out use of /usr/lib(64) directly. 

As mentioned in earlier comments, something like %{_libdir}/sgx-sdk or
%{_prefix}/lib/sgx-sdk would be a reasonable location
