Welcome back, let's finish this ancient saga.

It's great that Fedora is using SPDX now, I've updated License and also rebuilt
the package for f38/rawhide.

> I still do not like fact the package automatically modifies root user. I find it strange, root should be able to modify all packaged files anyway. Why is that needed?

The root user is added to the group to get access to the SHM files created by
any other users in /dev/shm. It cannot access them normally because of the
kernel parameter fs.protected_regular being set to 2 by default.
