Sorry for long delay, taking the review again.

Fedora started adoption of SPDX license identifiers in License: tags. I think
License should contain BSD-3-Clause now, more in [1].

The SRPM link became invalid, I had to locate more recent itself.

[x]: Package requires other packages for directories it uses.

I still do not like fact the package automatically modifies root user. I find
it strange, root should be able to modify all packaged files anyway. Why is
that needed?
