- Package does not contain duplicates in %files.

  => harmless. though maybe just do '%license LICENSE' and delete the file in
%{_defaultdocdir}/%{name}/ ?

- Package must not depend on deprecated() packages.
  Note: openssl1.1-devel is deprecated, you must not depend on it.

  => oh this can be an issue
