I've bundled libdb 5.3.28 (last one with a valid license for Fedora) inside the
package, like all packages with BDB needs are now doing (pretty pointless in my
opinion).

I've added the necessary provide:

$ rpm -qp --provides c-icap-libs-0.5.10-6.fc36.x86_64.rpm | grep bundle
bundled(libdb) = 5.3.28
