And use setup.py with setuptools_scm is deprecated, so I'll need to wait on update the project with `pyproject.toml` modern package format with modern rpm build spec I have removed the data_files and use the `include_package_data=True` with update the sample config file path which fixed the issue with including package data with setting `_unpackaged_files_terminate_build`.
