Yes.  The only change is this:
https://github.com/wg/wrk/commit/db6da47fe3ee604d70304c8d10896f8349b972da and
since no changes have been made to the source, this is definitely N/A thus no
problem for Fedora.

No.  It's using system libs so that's already covered by their respective
packages.
