I think this is good to go now. The licensing matches, and while the large
amount of bundled dependencies is unfortunate, it doesn't look like they can be
reasonably unbundled for the time being.

Marco, I have sponsored you into the packager group, welcome! You should now be
able to request a repository for this package, which you can do by by running:

fedpkg request-repo zeek 2075850
fedpkg request-branch --repo zeek epel8
fedpkg request-branch --repo zeek epel9

Once the repo has been created you'll be able to import and build zeek.
