What kind of input do you expect from fedora-review? The package has two files, and I really doubt that fedora-review will have anything unexpected to say. I don't think I should make the package more complicated just to work around bugs in fedora-review, this is not the job of the submitter. If you really want to call fedora-review, maybe just apply the workarounds locally?
