I feel that this feedback may be helpful in the PR as well, as it's been in a review limbo for more time than I've been an active Fedora contributor. Anyways, here I only care about `targeted` policy. I never tried `minimum` or `mls` and I expect these not to be fully compatible with the `targeted`.
