For the failures, other than what I mentioned already:


%{unitdir} etc ownership. This could be fixed by adding a dependency on systemd
from the routingmanager subpackage. But that feels weird. One could conceivably
want to use the routing manager without systemd. I dunno what the status is
here? Do we just add the %dir?
