Could you put up the files somewhere else? Dropbox only works if you're logged in, which breaks automated tools like fedora-review which scrapes the spec and SRPM URLs from bugzilla. Putting it up in COPR is probably easiest: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/ Also, I've made this blocks FE-NEEDSPONSOR so sponsors watching that ticket will be notified.
