Hopefully, I didn't forget anything, it's currently not possible to use the
upstream drm.h, I've added commented out code to change that if/when that
becomes a case in the future (by copying all the headers into builddir, it
seemed easier than patching up all the files, there're lots of them).

Package split into intel-ocloc and intel-opencl.
