 - Bump to 0.33.0 (
 - Bumping rust-wasmtime-environ is also needed. It is currently broken in
Rawhide:

DEBUG util.py:444:  Error: 
DEBUG util.py:444:   Problem: package
rust-wasmtime-environ+default-devel-0.30.0-1.fc36.noarch requires
crate(wasmtime-environ) = 0.30.0, but none of the providers can be installed
DEBUG util.py:444:    - cannot install the best candidate for the job
DEBUG util.py:444:    - nothing provides (crate(wasmparser/default) >= 0.80.0
with crate(wasmparser/default) < 0.81.0~) needed by
rust-wasmtime-environ-devel-0.30.0-1.fc36.noarch

Please regenerate the .spec file with rust2rpm 20 before building this package
for Fedora.
