I found a build issue on Rawhide, where lttng-ust 2.13 is used. Here's the
upstream issue with discussion: https://github.com/dotnet/runtime/issues/57784.
For now, I have disabled using lttng-ust at runtime by setting the environment
variable `COMPlus_LTTng=0`, but it needs to be done every time by any
onelooking to run .NET 6 on Rawhide or later.

The s390x build is failing and I am working with some s390x devs. I might just
disable the s390x build if we can't find a fix soon and/or a reviewer is ready
to review this package.
