licensecheck tool as well as upstream https://github.com/Freaky/faccess point
to it being an MIT license.
Also, looking at other packages like rust-ripgrep, they only use %license to
list their licenses, so installing
it to the default location /usr/share/licenses/rust-faccess-devel/ should be
fine.
