I think unbundling to use a separate edflib will be possible with a small patch
to pyedflib”s setup.py, and that will be the easiest way to get working
big-endian support. When I have a chance to work on this a bit more, I’ll work
up a patch to (optionally) do that and offer it to the pyedflib upstream.
