The SRPM corresponds to version 1.7.13 release 1, but spec file is at release 2. Please provide up-to-date URLs to SRPM and spec file. The spec file (for release 2) looks good, it uses current packaging techniques. Building with Maven is a good approach as Gradle is not available any longer.
