I am setting NEEDINFO for Major Hayden, the maintainer of both
python-googleapis-common-protos and python-opencensus-proto, since this package
interacts so closely with those packages. Please consider looking over this
spec file and letting me know if you have any feedback.

Furthermore, due to their close relationship with this package and with grpc,
which I also maintain, I offer to co-maintain either or both of those packages.
I am also more than happy to add you as a co-maintainer to this package. Please
let me know if you would like me to do so.
