I mentioned it only because it’s the only method I’ve ever used for opening
those tickets.

Consider opening a ticket at https://pagure.io/releng/issues asking for help
finding the problem, or going to #fedora-releng on IRC (libera.chat). It’s
mostly just robots reading the issues and comments in
https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/.
