Fixed the issue summary, in which the package summary was pasted twice. This
happened in the description in this issue too. Even after fixing the
double-pasting, these seem a bit garbled. The summary implies the package is a
“group;” the description has a heading merged into a sentence; and a period has
been removed compared to upstream without adjusting the capitalization.

May I suggest the original upstream summary:

Extends click.Group to invoke a command without explicit subcommand name

and the following clarified description?

Provides DefaultGroup, a subclass of click.Group that invokes a default
subcommand instead of showing a help message when a subcommand is not passed.

Reviewing now.
