            Bug ID: 1964425
Summary: Review Request: python-ots - Python wrapper for the
                    OpenType Sanitizer
           Product: Fedora
           Version: rawhide
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
         Component: Package Review
          Severity: medium
          Priority: medium
          Assignee: nobody@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  Target Milestone: ---
    Classification: Fedora

Spec URL: https://music.fedorapeople.org/python-ots.spec
SRPM URL: https://music.fedorapeople.org/python-ots-8.1.4-1.fc34.src.rpm
Description:

Python wrapper for the OpenType Sanitizer.

Fedora Account System Username: music

Patch URL:
https://music.fedorapeople.org/python-ots-8.1.4-no-bundled-executable.patch

Koji builds:

F35: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=68694426

(This package also targets F34 and F33, but dependency opentype-sanitizer is
still in updates-testing there.)

Rpmlint output:

> python3-ots.noarch: W: dangling-symlink /usr/lib/python3.9/site-packages/ots/ots-sanitize /usr/bin/ots-sanitize

The link target is provided by the opentype-sanitizer dependency; the link will
not dangle when the package is installed.

> python-ots.src: W: patch-not-applied Patch0: %{name}-8.1.4-no-bundled-executable.patch

This is because rpmlint does not understand %forgeautosetup, which certainly
does apply the patch.
