My intent was to keep the spec file compatible with epel8, and I thought
%pytest wasn't available there.  I was mistaken, it is available, so this has
been fixed.

Nope.  I've toggled this off by editing the setup.py file in %prep.

Reported upstream and fixed in the spec file by including the pythoncapi_compat
license as another source file.
