To note, the previous incarnation of this was named
"google-compute-engine-tools" which had the virtual name of
"google-compute-engine" for compatibility with upstream:

I personally think it makes sense for this package to be called
"google-compute-engine-guest-configs" and have a Provides statement for the
other name.
